I want to get full access to the PZHK horse database application – where can I get a user ID?
To obtain full access to the horse database, a member of the association who has paid dues for the current or previous year should contact the appropriate OZHK/WZHK. If they own at least one horse, they will receive a letter with their user ID and instructions on how to activate full access through their user account. If the member does not currently own a horse, they should also contact the OZHK/WZHK and provide the email address associated with their horse database account. The administrator will activate full access.
A user who is not a member of the association should contact the PZHK (when contacting us, please clearly state that you are not a member of the association) – the condition for obtaining full access to the horse database is to pay a fee of PLN 50/year to the PZHK account or purchase an annual subscription to the “Breeder & Rider” magazine. Activation is performed by the administrator.
I see an error in my horse’s data – who should I report it to?
Please report any errors in the data to the relevant OZHK/WZHK, as they must be verified and corrected first in the PZHK Register, from which the data is then transferred during the update to the PZHK horse database application.
Why are the measurement/grading results displayed for my horse not correct?
We are currently presenting the measurement/grading results from the assessment performed upon entry of the horse into the register. If you see a discrepancy when comparing the document with the assessment results performed upon entry with the data displayed in the Horse Database application, please report it to the appropriate OZHK/WZHK (the data must first be verified and corrected in the PZHK Register, from which it is then transferred during an update to the PZHK Horse Database application).
What information can a logged-in user see?
Every person browsing the website has access to basic information about the horse, its pedigree and offspring (some information, such as classification, dimensions or life number, is not available).
What information does a logged-in user see?
A user who has an account on the website and is logged in to it, in addition to the data available to everyone, also gains access to information such as: bonitation and dimensions (both at the entry) and the horse’s life number, as well as to available multimedia (if attached).
This user also has the option of searching by additional criteria, such as: transponder number and horse’s vital number, and has the option of calculating the inbreeding coefficient by creating a test pedigree.
What information can a verified user with a paid membership or paid access see?
A verified user can also see information on performance events, exhibitions and sports results recorded in the PZHK Register, and also has access to the list of owned horses for which he can post photos and videos.
How can I add a photo/video to my horse?
Each registered and verified person has the option to add one photo (preferably zootechnical photos) to their horses (as their owner in the PZHK Register), displayed in the Basic Data tab, and one video, previously published on YouTube, displayed in the Multimedia tab. Photos are added from the user’s Profile, in the Your Horses tab.
Photos and videos are approved by administrator of the pedigree service.
How often is the data contained in the horse database updated?
According to the regulations, the data contained on the website is updated at least once a month, and their frequency is adapted to other current tasks in the IT department.
Can I get more information about the horse?
On this website, we provide information that we can make publicly available. We do not provide information such as owner details, the horse’s current location, or the cause of death.
